CREATE AN EMAIL SIGNATURE

Make every email you send an ad for your web site by automatically including a punchy little message at the end.

Start your EMAIL CLIENT Outlook Express.

At the top (File, Edit, View, Tools etc), CLICK on TOOLS.

From the drop-down menu, CLICK on OPTIONS.

At the top of the Options Dialogue Box you will see a number of TABS. CLICK on the SIGNATURES tab.

CLICK to ADD A TICK to the box at the left of ADD SIGNATURES TO ALL OUTGOING MESSAGES.

CLICK on NEW.

This puts a CURSOR in the EDIT SIGNATURE box...

This is where you type in the text that will be automatically included in every email. If it were me, this is what I would type:

CLICK APPLY.

CLICK OK.

(Notice how you won't even have to bother typing a closing felicitation and your name at the end of emails... Clever? Lazy? Both?)
